Absolutely spoilt rotten...and loving it!

Well, what a week! Celabrating my birthday for 5 days certainly made me tired - but I can't complain.....I LOVED it!! Saturday I was taken out by girfriends for a spot of DFO shopping. DD and I went to Libertine for dinner sunday night - gorgeous interior design - and food too! My mum and I saw Julie and Julia on Monday - very inspiring with lots of things dear to me - Paris, food, blogs! Tuesday saw another girlfriend take me to high tea and then Wednesday girlfriends cooked me a beautiful morning tea!! WOW.

So, here are some of my lovely treats I was lucky enough to be given...sweet peas, French trinkets, china, photography book, and my swanky new camera bag!

Eden Romantica

I finally made it round to my sisters last week to do some serious cuddling and of course take a few photos of my divine little neice!
If you read the Boutique Markets Blog - you'd know I'd got some gorgeous 'Eden Romantica' roses to use....but little Miss seemed to know everytime I'd put the roses by her and she'd wake up, wave her arms sending them flying and start crying....so I didn't really get what I'd planned

but still nice!

Thank you everyone for my lovely birthday wishes - I had a great day yesterday! Saw Julie and Julia - and I LOVED it...I mean what's not to love - Paris, cooking, blogs!!!

I came home very inspired but ended up having subway for tea and falling asleep in a tired sick heap as usuall!

This morning sickness is really taking a toll on me and I'm over it now please baby....I don't even feel like shopping anymore :( !!!

Me me me!!

I'm going to be off-line for a few days - not going away - just having a break and being spoilt rotten by family and friends for the next few days as it's my birthday on Monday!

I intend to do lots of sleeping, eating (hopefully even keeping it down!) enjoy going out for dinner with my husband, shopping and high tea with girlfriends and a movie with my mum....

doesn't get any better than this!!

Just lovely....

A couple of weeks ago I photographed this lovely family....
you'd never know it was stinking hot and one of those awful dusty days - the beauty of one of my favourite locations - Old Petrie Town! The huge fig trees give fantastic shade and all sorts of backgrounds...of course having two pretty girls always makes for stunning photos too!

Now before anyone decides to book a shoot with me...unfortunately I am not taking any new bookings as I am booked until Christmas and will then be on maternity leave for at least most of 2010...but I will keep you posted if I have some cancellations!

Advice needed please!

Hello bloggers.....I'm really trying to motivate myself to do some new work for the next few markets and one idea I've had for ages is to try and transfer photos onto wood - I saw something similar on better Homes and Gardens once but now forget what they said!! Does anyone know what you use and how etc?? I had a feeling it was gel medium - is there only one sort? and do I use normal photos on photo paper or is it better to use photos printed on just plain white photocopy paper?? As I am still feeling beyond sick and stuck to my sick bowl...I don't have much motivation to try all these options yet and was after someone to give me a few hints - pretty please!!!!!

Tummy Princess!

Last weekend I took a few piccies of my sisters tummy at 36 weeks!

Exciting news!!!

Thought I'd redo my last post as I was a bit cranky...

and good news shouldn't be tainted with that!!

Anyway, for the record....I am due to have my third baby in April next year!!!

We're all thrilled to bits and very excited to be experiencing it all again

(except the morning sickness mind you!)

Little Miss S thinks it will be a girl and Master D a boy, so we'll keep one of them happy I guess!

For anyone planning to see me at the October Boutique Market -

I am having a month off as I am just so sick with morning sickness -

BUT I am definately planning to be at November and December!
