DD flew off to Japan for a week, so I decided to take the three children away for a surprise weekend!
Just over an hour later I had the car packed and got them from school
- amazing what you can do when you want to
- and don't care what state you leave the house!!
We stayed in South Ballina and loved having to get a ferry there and back
...spent Saturday in Byron Bay - lovely brunch, lighthouse, beach....
then today showed them where I lived and went to school at their age
- the last picture is our old driveway.
Perfect weekend....
just about 8 loads of washing to do tomorrow!
