Time to start some building!!!
As you know we are expecting our third baby in about 12 weeks or so and after many months of pondering and different ideas, we've finally come up with a way to add a room to our house!
Last week we had 3 different builders come round and give us their 2 cents worth and next week we hope to get the plans drawn up.
It SHOULD be an easy, quick and dare I say cheap option as we are building in a deck we hardly ever use.....apparently the roof and the supports are fine - so 3 walls sounds easy doesn't it??
I'm sure it won't be that easy...but hopefully will give us some much-needed space without too many headaches!
